  • We currently ship within Kuwait only.

  • Ess Studio is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. No returns and no refunds are accepted.

  • Exchanges are only considered if an item is received defective or not functioning properly, subject to approval.

  • Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Ess Studio reserves the right to approve or deny any exchange request.
