Refund policy

We understand that issues can occasionally occur. If you receive an item that is defective or not functioning properly, we may offer an exchange only, subject to review.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect must be provided

  • Original packaging must be included

Each case is reviewed individually. If the issue is approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same item (subject to availability).
